    Does anyone know how to re-size a .GIF file? I'm trying to get it in my avatar but it's JUST a little to wide at 160pixels. Best avatar...ever..

    Adobe, for the newer stuff, CS3-4, no longer supports ImageReady but instead incorporated it into PhotoShop, in the Animation pallet. Make sure to compress by save for web after you resize whichever program you use. Both Photoshop w/animation pallet or ImageReady are my recommended. If you try to use some progeams that don't deal in animated gigs you'll lose the animation entirely.
