I have decided that it's best to end my time here at Mischief, and for many reasons that I have to come to this decision, you did not force me to leave the guild. In fact your friendship has made it tough for me to do what should have been done a lot earlier.

For the past year it's been tough on me mentally, and like many I choose to play wow religiously in order to escape from the harsh reality facing me, now that I feel the opportunity is ripe for me to do what I had wanted to do few years back and pursue a different career path, with that in mind that is what I intend on doing for the upcoming months, before the housing market recovers fully.

It became clear to me that continually raiding 7 days a week isn't going to help me achieve my goal, so this will be the first step for me to clear my nights and refocus on real life... It was a tough decision, but at the end of the day, whenever I think about playing my Warlock I get excited, while on the Hunter I just kind of dose off and gets annoyed at the high cost of arrows everytime I raid, it's as simple as that, not personal politics or anything.
Some of you may remember that I once had made 13 warlocks on my wow Beta account, well for me it felt like a full circle playing warlocks again, and bugs that drove me from playing warlocks are no longer there (losing pets when mounted up etc.). But this is getting away from the point, at the end of the day it I enjoy Warlocks more than my Hunter.

I am very fortunate to have been part of mischief during this time, as I have mentioned I joined during the transition period where many of the officers were choosing to leave for guilds like Ascent, and to see it become the guild makes for a good story inside my head. When the times are tough and you are sitting out a lot, just remember that other top raid guilds right now have trouble fielding 25 man raids when mischief can put together a solid comp for progression, these officers have done so much in making our job easier with assignment planning when other guild raid leaders often spouts "charge and be pro". If we need more proof, just look at the job that Similu did solo last Thursday. All of this has helped me forget some of the harsh realities facing me at times and enjoy the raid.

I would like to thank all of you for being there when called upon, and hope that we can continue to enjoy the game and company of each other going forward, I am really optimistic the upcoming month and I hope to see you all keeping up the reputation for the horde for times to come. I hope for this post to be a celebration of the my times in mischief and if you have any concerns or questions I will still be around to knock out JC dailies.

I have done the same thing in the past with Everquest and while I came back later I was the better for it. Enjoy the new career and shout if you need anything.
